Operational responsibility rested with the VP of Core Finance and the core finance, treasury and accounts receivable teams, with the system serving as the primary orchestration layer for cash collection and cash application processes. Governance was tightened by embedding Tesorio into existing financial controls, audit workflows and working capital policies, and by standardizing procedures for collections escalation and dispute resolution. The deployment aligned the Tesorio Accounts Receivable Automation application with Onfido’s requirement to provide clear guidance on working capital management and to support audit and financial reporting processes across the finance function.
