Onfido deployed Tesorio Accounts Receivable Automation, an AR Automation solution, to centralize accounts receivable and cash orchestration inside Core Finance and Business Operations Finance as part of a broader effort to strengthen working capital management.
The implementation configured standard AR Automation capabilities including invoice to cash workflow orchestration, automated collections sequencing, rule based cash application, dispute and deduction tracking, and receivables reporting and analytics. Configuration emphasized configurable rules and workflow automation to align collections priorities with the finance organization’s controls and reporting cadence.
Integration architecture connected Tesorio to the company ERP, specifically Netsuite, using API driven posting and master data synchronization to ensure receivable balances, cash receipts and customer master updates remained consistent between systems.
