After launch the chatbot handled approximately 1,000 to 1,200 questions per week, achieving a recognition rate of about 70 percent, which signaled operational recognition performance for customer service use. Rollout was executed in a compact timeline from May to July 2020, aligning development, configuration, and API integration with CM Conversational AI Cloud to streamline answers to common insurance questions for Onlia's Canadian customer base.
