Integrations included Salesforce for researching invoice inquiries and coordination with third party billing systems, providing cross system visibility between CRM and Oracle NetSuite ERP. Operational coverage spanned Finance, Sales, Procurement, Project Management Office, and Collections teams, with documented day to day billing operations executed at Optiv Security, Inc. in Overland Park, KS.
Governance and process restructuring accompanied the rollout, with collaborative workflows between Billing, Collections, Sales, Procurement, and Finance Cash Applications. The deployment used a centralized cloud tenant model to serve Optivs delivery and project management teams, with the solution governing project setup, resource assignments and time collection across the professional services organization. Operational coverage centered on professional services delivery and project financial controls, with administration scoped to project managers, finance liaisons and delivery operations.
Governance included role based access controls, change control for scripted solutions and a maintenance cadence for ongoing script updates and configuration tuning.
