Governance and process restructuring accompanied the rollout, with collaborative workflows between Billing, Collections, Sales, Procurement, and Finance Cash Applications. Staff contributed to the development, testing, and rollout of improved methods and tools, and the implementation standardized invoice submission channels email, mail, and portal while formalizing resolution and credit memo validation processes.
