Activities covered new development, maintenance and production support across finance, accounting, treasury and procurement functions. Delivery adhered to Agile methodologies for iterative development and prioritized production support and maintenance rhythms. Governance practices included formal technical specification documentation, structured impact analysis for code changes and compliance with company policies and directives governing team assignments and work arrangements. Workstreams integrated testing and deployment of customized forms and automated reporting artifacts to align application configuration with finance process controls and Sub-ledger Accounting requirements.
