| Paylocity | ADP Payroll | Paylocity HCM | Core HR | HCM | n/a | 2019 | 2019 |
In 2019 Oregon Medical implemented Paylocity HCM to serve Core HR functions across its HR and front desk operations. The deployment replaced a prior ADP Payroll arrangement and established Paylocity HCM as the institutional HRIS for new hire onboarding, employee records, and routine HR transactional work.
Paylocity HCM is used to manage a range of Core HR activities, including adding new hires, maintaining employee information, running operational reports, unlocking user accounts, and scheduling performance reviews. The implementation supports recruitment and hiring workflows, including background checks, drug screens, I-9 record keeping, new hire paperwork, and issuance of badges, aligned with standard HRIS case management and personnel file maintenance.
Operational coordination extended to the 2021 roll out of HealthStream, with Paylocity HCM used as the source of truth for credential data during an initiated credentials audit. The HR team partnered with clinical education and provider services to identify employees out of compliance within Paylocity HCM and to assist those employees in returning to compliance, supporting the HealthStream learning management system transition.
Day to day governance centers on HRIS administration tasks performed by front desk and HR staff, including account management, report generation, and ad hoc support functions. Paylocity HCM functions were embedded into hiring and credential workflows, and the program continues to support cross functional coordination between HR, clinical education, and provider services.
