FlexyPOS was configured to operate as a single catalog and promotion layer across stores, supporting in-store transaction processing, loyalty style electronic clip card workflows and consolidated reporting. Functional capabilities implemented include item and menu synchronization, a discount engine, gift card lifecycle management and electronic punch card processing, with reporting dashboards to unify POS and operations views.
Operational scope covered eight cafés in Copenhagen and impacted store operations, revenue capture and customer experience consistency. Original Coffee Denmark reports improved cross-location reporting and a consistent customer experience since going live with FlexyPOS, with governance focused on centralized catalog control and standardized in-store transaction workflows.
