Governance work centered on ensuring data integrity and traceability, mapping KPIs back to source systems, establishing batch processing designs and schedule controls, and iterating the technical vision in lockstep with retail business users. Yomari remained engaged through evolving requirements to adapt the data models and OBIEE layers while enabling controlled rollout and future expansion of analytic capabilities. The program delivered a vendor profitability solution for the merchandising team and the technical underpinnings needed to expand enterprise analytics, with Oracle E-Business Suite serving as the core ERP Financial source for finance data in the unified architecture.
