Operational coverage emphasized multilingual support and centralized contact center controls to align customer engagement, quality assurance and compliance functions. Governance changes established centralized oversight of quality management and workforce engagement, with standardized QA scoring and agent performance workflows rolled out across sites. OTDAmericas applied the LiveVox Omnichannel Customer Experience Platform to optimize customer engagement and mitigate risk as stated in the vendor announcement.
