Operational coverage focused on homeowner sales, field operations, and contractor networks within the United States, aligning sales, commercial operations, and field execution workflows. Thunder Consulting served as the implementation partner for the Mokena rollout, coordinating configuration, portal build out, and go live activities. Per the partner case study, the TruWorx implementation enabled three minute quotes, reduced onsite inefficiency, and increased onsite win rates from 5% to 50%.
