Monthly benefit invoices were downloaded and reconciled in conjunction with HR, and quarterly payroll reconciliations and Modified Business Tax reporting were processed through the payroll platform. Governance included approval workflows, time clock exception review, and reconciliations as control points, with payroll administration in Henderson coordinating daily processing and HR and finance collaborating for benefits and tax reporting. The implementation emphasized operationalized processes for approvals, exception handling, and ongoing payroll data hygiene within Namely Payroll and Time.
