Operational governance included an internal Application Support Analyst role titled Application Support Analyst- Maximo EAM who managed configuration changes, incident and problem resolution, and user access control for maintenance, engineering and operations teams. Change control processes and support workflows were implemented to manage enhancements and day-to-day operations of IBM Maximo, with the system serving as the primary tool for maintenance execution and asset data governance within the organization.
