Operational coverage extended to maintenance planners, area operators and shift supervisors, aligning Maximo work order lifecycles with site planning and shutdown activities.
Governance and process changes focused on formalizing work order approvals, embedding Permit to Work procedures into maintenance workflows and centralizing documentation such as unit operating manuals and procedures in the asset management system.
