Functional modules and configuration work emphasized Accounts Payable processing, invoice posting to Oracle Financials, supplier reconciliation routines and cash management controls to support timely payments. The solution instrumented authorization workflows and role based responsibilities to formalize governance around invoice acceptance, dispute resolution and payment execution. Governance and operational procedures were embedded into Oracle E-Business Suite to make the application the system of record for supplier invoicing, reconciliation and payment administration within the finance function. Oracle E-Business Suite supported standardized invoice processing, supplier query handling and payment run orchestration across the implemented scope.
