i7MEDIA Legacy mojoPortal WebStore eCommerce eCommerce n/a 2019 2019
In 2019, Palmer Retail Network engaged i7MEDIA to build a dynamic site using mojoPortal WebStore. The mojoPortal WebStore implementation provided eCommerce capabilities to support retail marketing and online product and offer listings for Palmer Retail Network's retailer clients in the United States. The implementation focused on core storefront modules, including product catalogs, client facing product and offer listings, and a basic cart and checkout experience delivered through mojoPortal WebStore. Content management and storefront presentation were combined within a CMS driven architecture so marketing users could publish promotional content alongside catalog items and offers. Operational scope covered client facing retail sales and marketing functions, enabling retailer clients to access product information and place orders through the web storefront. The deployment used a CMS driven architecture with embedded WebStore modules, managed by i7MEDIA at delivery and provisioned for use by Palmer Retail Network's small professional services team. Governance centered on consolidating marketing content and storefront management into web content workflows, shifting product listing updates and offer publication into site based publishing processes. The implementation aligned the mojoPortal WebStore application with Palmer Retail Network eCommerce retail marketing and client facing merchandising and sales operations for ongoing catalog and storefront management.
