Operational coverage focused on finance and procurement departments across the hospital system, bringing finance, procurement, and accounts payable and receivable processes onto the ERP Financial platform.
Governance and rollout were supported by Avaap’s implementation methodology and training resources, enabling a faster deployment timeline and early adopter lessons shared by Palos Health leadership.
