In 2022 Paragon Plastics engaged Divine IT to implement Divine IT PrismERP for ERP Financial across its Bangladesh manufacturing operations. The announced scope covered Financial Management, Merchandising, LC and logistics, Sales including export LC, Production Planning and Control, Procurement and Inventory and Warehouse automation.
The implementation centered on configuring Divine IT PrismERP modules for core finance workflows and supply chain operations. Financial Management workstreams included general ledger structures, accounts payable and receivable workflows and letter of credit processing tied to sales order flows. Merchandising and sales functionality was scoped to manage export LC transactions and order to cash processes, while Production Planning and Control was scoped to coordinate demand signals with production orders and procurement triggers.
Deployment covered Paragon Plastics manufacturing sites in Bangladesh with the vendor leading the engagement and an estimated go live approximately one year after contract signing. Operational coverage focused on finance and supply chain departments, with targeted automation of procurement, inventory management and warehouse operations to support export and domestic sales channels.
The vendor announcement described the engagement as intended to increase efficiency and productivity across finance and supply chain processes. Governance emphasis in the project brief prioritized cross functional alignment between finance, merchandising, procurement and production to support the ERP Financial deployment timeline.
