Parata was looking solution which will enable a configurable, flexible innovation platform for PLM and other aspects of the business.After an extensive evaluation. The company chose Aras based on the solution’s extreme flexibility, upgradability, and bidirectional integration capabilities.
Outcome and Implications
Integrating to SolidWorks CAD, Microsoft Dynamics ERP, and consolidating and replacing various other systems, Aras will be used for engineering change management, technical publications, supply chain management, quality management, and customer service.
Aras Innovator® was selected as the PLM backbone to consolidate product development processes for their leading pill dispenser lines, Parata Mini and Parata Max.
The ultimate goal was to maximize the use of Aras as much as possible to improve the interdepartmental visibility of product-related data.
