A centralized web base procurement system was implemented, moving from EPS to CheckSCM, and a standardized users matrix was established to track departmental ownership and security rights for all applications, aligning user provisioning and role based access with financial controls. Alongside the ERP Financial rollout the IT program deployed a centralized web base PMS system Opera, a central reservation layer, SiteMinder, Channel Manager and Triton for booking and inventory orchestration at property level. Telephony and guest services were standardized through a VOIP deployment with PABX Alcatel, and property access and guest experience systems included RFID key lock technology and façade LED lighting for Grand Park Orchard, demonstrating coordinated IT and operational systems rollout across functions. Governance and audit compliance were addressed through implementation of a virtual data room for IPO activities, an off site and cloud backup strategy designed to meet audit requirements, and a formal disaster recovery plan that complies with audit controls. File and database backup and restoration processes were implemented to meet the same compliance standard, and a network security stack including firewall and VPN was deployed to help prevent DDoS attack and to manage connections to remote properties. Architecturally the program emphasized centralization of core applications and standard operating processes, with Microsoft Dynamics NAV serving as the ERP Financial backbone integrated into a broader ecosystem of property management, reservation and procurement systems. Business functions impacted included finance, payroll, HR, procurement, reservations and IT security, with governance changes focused on centralized user matrices and audit aligned backup and recovery processes.
