Governance and rollout centered on standardizing bill back identification, invoice reconciliation, and branch financial reporting workflows, with branch supervisors and dispatch staff validating delivery and reconciliation data that fed the Core Banking processes. Payroll oversight, purchase order controls and invoice reconciliation procedures were coordinated with the financial configuration to provide consistent posting and audit trails in Infosys Finacle.
