In 2012, Parmalat implemented SAP ERP ECC 6.0 as its core ERP Financial platform. The SAP ERP ECC 6.0 deployment was targeted at Parmalat's Australian operations and designed to provide centralized financial management and operational control across 14 sites supporting approximately 2,600 employees.
The implementation configured core SAP ECC financial and operational capabilities, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and inventory valuation workflows to support fast moving consumer goods accounting and distributor settlement processes. The SAP ERP ECC 6.0 environment was subsequently upgraded through enhancement packs, with an explicit upgrade from EHP 6 to EHP 8, and the business intelligence layer was advanced to a HANA database to improve analytics.
SAP ERP ECC 6.0 was integrated into a broader application landscape through explicit connections to operational systems, including a Milk Supply System, a Transport Management System, a Trade Promotion Management System and Salesforce Maps, aligning master data and transactional flows between supply, distribution and trade promotion functions. Operational coverage extended into both IT and OT environments and supported customer engagement and distributor model processes, with coordination to the companys global HQ.
Governance and operationalization were driven by an Enterprise Architecture practice and a central IT organization that managed a 45 person team and multi million dollar CAPEX and OPEX budgets to govern rollout across sites. The CIO reported continuous improvement programs tied to the ERP Financial deployment that reduced costs by hundreds of thousands of dollars per annum and strategic system implementations that optimized high cost processes saving millions.

| SAP | SAP HCM (HR) | SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central | Core HR | HCM | n/a | 2019 | 2019 |
In 2019, Parmalat implemented SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central as its Core HR system, replacing SAP HCM (HR). The initiative centralized employee master data and standardized HR and payroll process configuration for Parmalat Australia, aligning human resources and payroll functional ownership under a single cloud-based Employee Central instance.
Implementation work covered core Employee Central configuration including the employee data model, organizational management, and time management capabilities, together with Employee Self Service and Manager Self Service workflow administration. Functional designs were developed from defined business requirements, configuration changes and customizations were applied, and testing artifacts were produced including test scripts and scenario validation.
The program included extraction and transformation of HR and payroll data from on-premise SAP HCM and SAP R/3 table structures into SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, and integration work to preserve payroll processing continuity with on-premise payroll components and SAP Employee Central Payroll. Single Touch Payroll configuration and Australian payroll reporting workflows were implemented as part of the payroll integration and compliance scope.
Operational governance emphasized workflow administration, ESS/MSS support, Service Desk Plus administration, and controlled configuration management, with staged testing and cutover activities to validate payroll interfaces and time management processing. System ownership and ongoing administration responsibilities were maintained within the HR and payroll teams, supported by developed test scripts and operational runbook activities.

| Adobe Systems | Legacy | Adobe WorkFront | Business Process Management | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2018 | 2018 |
In 2018, Parmalat implemented Adobe WorkFront as a Business Process Management platform to centralize IT project and change workflows across its Lactalis Group operations in Australia. Adobe WorkFront was positioned as the primary project orchestration tool used by the Compute Design Group and technical services teams to coordinate migration, consolidation and infrastructure projects.
The implementation leveraged standard Business Process Management capabilities such as project portfolio tracking, workflow automation, approval routing, task orchestration and schedule management to govern complex IT initiatives. Adobe WorkFront was used to manage Active Directory, Exchange and M365 administration and migration projects, as well as infrastructure consolidation efforts that included virtualization, storage and backup activities referenced in operational documentation.
Adobe WorkFront was deployed in conjunction with existing service management tools, used alongside ManageEngine ServiceDesk and BMC Helix for change and incident coordination, and it supported project reporting into monthly technical services meetings and updates for non technical stakeholders. Operational scope for WorkFront covered projects that touched 400 plus production servers across two datacentres and 23 sites, and it aligned workflow governance with the Compute Design Group processes that service five global regions.
