| In-House Applications | Legacy | In-House ERP | ERP Financial | ERP Financial Management | n/a | 2008 | 2009 |
In 2008, PcComponentes implemented an In-House ERP as its ERP Financial platform to centralize financial and operational control across technical and business teams. The In-House ERP became the primary system for coordinating finance related workflows while interfacing with internal CRM and logistics software to support order and inventory processes within the retail organization.
The implementation encompassed maintenance and ongoing development of the In-House ERP and the internal CRM, with the application supporting standard ERP Financial capabilities and logistics related workflows. Configuration work emphasized modular separation of business logic, enabling clear boundaries between finance, CRM, and logistics functional areas, and allowing the enterprise to manage releases and enhancements within those functional domains.
Architecture and delivery practices were formalized through continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines, implemented with Jira, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and Sonar Cube. The technical design prioritized high availability and elastic systems for business continuity, and the PcComponentes engineering organization built an API REST layer to separate business logic, which enabled outsourcing of development and provided autonomy for FrontEnd and BackEnd teams.
Governance and operational coordination were led by a direction role responsible for Programming, Systems, R&D, and Processes, who acted as the driver and coordinator of software production improvement. Process governance was reinforced by creating a process improvement team using BPM tools, and by establishing a BI and Big Data function with dedicated profile selection and task coordination to align analytics with operational needs.
As an explicit outcome, production increased by 200 percent in the last three years under the coordinated improvement program, and the API REST separation of business logic materially enabled outsourced development and team autonomy. PcComponentes In-House ERP ERP Financial therefore supported both core financial operations and a broader program of systems resilience, CI CD driven delivery, and process modernization.

The deployment covers the companywide SaaS collaboration footprint for an approximately 450 person retail organization headquartered in Spain, and the Google Workspace implementation is observable in the company website source metadata.
The Google Workspace (Formerly Google G-Suite) deployment centers on standard Collaboration capabilities, including enterprise email through Gmail, calendaring, Google Drive for shared file storage, Docs, Sheets and Slides for real-time document collaboration, and Google Meet for video conferencing.
