Governance was formalized through a new HR Vision aligned to the company strategic business plan, with structured approval and coaching workflows for succession and compensation decisions. The implementation also established process ownership within the HR team, defined compliance touchpoints for senior management, and phased rollout governance to align training and compensation policy changes with system go live dates.
Outcomes explicitly recorded by the HR lead include the successful rollout of the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central HR management system, launch of a new compensation model for USA and Canada, and deployment of a new training program for high potential employees.
