Functional activities described include preparing purchase orders, publishing tender advertisements, attending and assisting in tender briefings, managing tender openings and supporting panel meetings, which were embedded into the application workflow and approvals.
Integrations and operational coverage are explicit, with Oracle E-Business Suite linked to an E-Procurement system and Oracle Biz, and operational management of the E-Promise Supplier Portal for supplier registration and onboarding.
