The configuration focused on the FCC resid unit and associated rotating and static equipment, with outputs consumed by operations and maintenance teams to inform reliability and maintenance workflows and to detect operational problems before they could materially affect production.
Governance and adoption emphasized embedding recommended actions into operations staff routines, improving personnel ability to understand factors affecting production and to prioritize interventions. Reported objectives included improving plant efficiency, safety performance and profitability and reducing the risk of unplanned production downtime through continuous advisory and asset performance monitoring.
