| SAP | Legacy | SAP ERP ECC 6.0 | ERP Financial | ERP | n/a | 2009 | 2010 |
In 2009, Petronash implemented SAP ERP ECC 6.0 in a six month program delivered by CSC, bringing an SAP-based enterprise solution into full operational use to support finance and operational control. The deployment was scoped to address core ERP Financial needs for the Dubai based engineering and manufacturing firm that supplies well head control panels, chemical injection skids, process equipment and instrument packages to oil and gas companies globally.
Configuration and functional workstreams focused on core financial management and end to end order lifecycle capabilities, including accounts payable and receivable process automation, managerial reporting, strategic reports, and new material codification for inventory and procurement. The implementation included extensive value chain analyses and business process re engineering to align transactional processing with managerial workflows, and SAP ERP ECC 6.0 was configured to surface workflow based approvals and operational controls.
Operational coverage extended across procurement, manufacturing and order management, with the system instrumenting the customer order lifecycle for end to end visibility and control. The program emphasized integration across internal value chain touch points rather than point solutions, enabling shared master data for materials and orders and consolidated financial reporting consistent with ERP Financial objectives.
Governance and rollout included business process re engineering, CSC led training of Petronash employees in industry best practices, and rapid user adoption activities that supported a go live without major hiccups. The project combined consulting led process redesign with product implementation, delivering material codification, workflow driven managerial control, strategic reporting and improved operational visibility as explicit outcomes.

In 2017 Petronash implemented Adrenalin Max Talent as its applicant tracking and talent management platform. Adrenalin Max Talent is deployed as the primary Talent Management solution and is integrated directly with Petronash’s public careers site for candidate intake and application processing.
The implementation centers on applicant tracking capabilities common to the Talent Management category, including job requisition publishing to the corporate careers portal, candidate self service and login, resume and profile capture, and a centralized candidate database to support screening and shortlisting. Configuration focuses on career site integration and workflow orchestration for recruiting tasks, with candidate status tracking and basic interview scheduling embedded in the application flows.
Operational ownership sits with Petronash HR and Talent Acquisition functions across its United Arab Emirates operations, using Adrenalin Max Talent as the ATS for external hiring activity on https://career.petronash.com. The deployment is web delivered and embedded into the career site, providing a single candidate touchpoint for job postings and applications while aligning recruiting workflows with hiring manager review and HR intake processes.

| SAP | Legacy | SAP ERP ECC 6.0 - Materials Management Purchasing (MM-PUR) | Procurement | Procurement | n/a | 2013 | 2014 |
In 2013 Petronash implemented SAP ERP ECC 6.0 - Materials Management Purchasing (MM-PUR) to centralize core Procurement processes across its manufacturing operations in the United Arab Emirates. The deployment targeted Procurement functions for a 1,000 employee manufacturing firm, focusing on structured purchasing workflows and document review controls rather than ad hoc requisition handling.
The SAP ERP ECC 6.0 - Materials Management Purchasing (MM-PUR) implementation configured Materials Management purchasing capabilities including purchase requisition creation and release, purchase order processing, and procurement approval workflows. Review and approvals of detail engineering documents and E&I documents were integrated into the purchasing lifecycle, with document attachments and approval status tracked alongside requisitions to support engineering driven buys.
Operational coverage extended across procurement, engineering and E&I disciplines, plus stores and materials planning within Petronash manufacturing sites in the United Arab Emirates. The solution operated as the transactional Procurement backbone for requisition to order orchestration, enforcing material master and vendor data discipline within the purchasing process.
Governance changes included formalized release strategies for purchase requisitions, role based approval routings for engineering document release and purchase requisition approvals, and workflow controls to gate procurement releases. These controls institutionalized approval signoffs for detail engineering and E&I documentation inside SAP, shifting accountability into system enforced workflows and audit trails.
