The rollout targeted consolidation of financial processes and master data harmonization to support optimisation of business services and products across PG Group operations in South Africa.
The SAP S/4 HANA implementation focused on ERP Financial capabilities, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Controlling, Asset Accounting and financial close orchestration. Configuration work emphasized standardized chart of accounts, statutory reporting alignment and transaction-level posting rules, enabling a unified financial ledgers architecture and centralized period close workflows.
