The patient and provider portal provided a conduit for result access alongside the state reporting pipeline. Operational coverage extended across laboratory operations, clinical reporting, and patient and provider communications within the US public health and clinical region served by Phase2 Labs. Governance adjustments centered on standardized test result workflows and automated reporting pipelines to ensure consistent submission to state authorities and streamlined internal turnaround processes.
