SAP Legacy SAP Concur Expense Expense Management ERP n/a 2013 2013
In 2013, PHH Corporation implemented SAP Concur Expense as its Expense Management solution for the mortgage organization. The implementation targeted administrative and management users supporting the CIO of Mortgage and his team, delivering expense and travel workflow capture, approvals, and the administrative expense processes that accompany calendar and meeting management. SAP Concur Expense was configured to support core Expense Management capabilities including expense report creation, receipt capture, approval routing tailored to the CIO of Mortgage reporting structure, and travel expense workflows. Training and onboarding were initiated by an administrative lead who delivered hands on instruction to members of management and other administrative personnel, and who maintained training artifacts for the program. Operational documentation and training materials were managed in SharePoint under the administrative support remit, enabling centralized access for the CIO office and support staff. The deployment emphasized coordination across internal team players who were aligned to assist the CIO of Mortgage on urgent company projects and to resolve expense and travel related issues. Governance focused on embedding role based responsibilities and approval workflows into SAP Concur Expense and integrating administrative process ownership into day to day support for the CIO office. Rollout and user adoption activities were executed by internal administrative staff who also organized team building and staff functions to sustain operational support and platform adoption.

Microsoft Legacy Microsoft BI (SSRS, SSAS, SSIS, SQL Server Reporting) Analytics and BI Analytics and BI n/a 2014 2018
In 2014, PHH Corporation implemented Microsoft BI (SSRS, SSAS, SSIS, SQL Server Reporting) as a core Analytics and BI platform. The Microsoft BI implementation was built on a Microsoft SQL Server 2012 environment and included the development of a central data warehouse using star schema and snowflake schema designs to support enterprise reporting needs. ETL and data integration were executed with SSIS and T-SQL, authoring SSIS packages to ingest and transform data from Oracle sources and XML feeds, with custom C# components incorporated where necessary. Analytical layers were delivered via SSAS in both tabular and multidimensional form, complemented by Power Pivot and Power View artifacts, while SSRS was used to produce drill-through, drill-down, and parameterized reports developed in Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 and 2012. Report distribution and collaboration leveraged SharePoint 2010 and Excel as downstream consumption and distribution channels, and development artifacts were managed through SQL Server tooling and Visual Studio. The implementation scope emphasized direct collaboration with business analysts for requirements capture and iterative report development, ensuring SSRS report specifications aligned to business reporting requirements. Governance focused on formalized requirements, modular ETL package design, and reuse of SSAS models and SSRS reports as canonical analytics components. Microsoft BI (SSRS, SSAS, SSIS, SQL Server Reporting) functioned as the central Analytics and BI stack within PHH Corporation's stated technical environment.
