Integrations from Workday to ADP payroll were implemented to transfer absence events and pay-impacting data to payroll processing, tying absence balances and approved leaves into downstream payroll calculations. Governance and operational ownership were maintained by a Subject Matter Expert for Compensation and Absence who coordinated policy mapping, integration testing, and ongoing configuration changes, aligning HR and payroll processes under the Absence and Leave Management solution.
