Oracle Cloud ERP was configured to strengthen capital projects accounting with the Oracle Projects module, standardize procurement workflows by Fund and Cost Center, and improve inventory costing visibility through a costing dashboard. The deployment also addressed accounts payable and reimbursement workflows so that employees can receive direct deposit for expense reimbursements. Highstreet IT Solutions led a ten month implementation that completed on time and on budget, and configured vendor punchout catalog navigation to simplify requisitions and reduce catalog maintenance. Integrations explicitly implemented include punchout connections to vendor websites and direct deposit payment rails for expense reimbursements, and system configuration to provide automated inventory issuance without manual intervention. Operational coverage centered on Finance, Budget Managers, Procurement, Projects accounting, and Payroll related reimbursements across the Exeter campus finance organization. Governance and process changes were applied as a phased rollout, continuing Exeters five year modernization plan and using partner led change management and user readiness methodologies. Workflows were restructured to reduce duplication and manual re processing, enforce control via Fund and Cost Center based approvals, and provide transparent, timely financial data to budget owners. Highstreet supported the program with proprietary tools and change management to accelerate user adoption and data integrity. Results documented by the project include improved data quality and real time budget reporting that enables more accurate budgeting by Budget Managers, smoother reporting for capital projects, automated inventory issuance, and the availability of direct deposit for reimbursements. Oracle Cloud ERP now functions as Exeters ERP Financial platform to centralize financial data and replace the constraints of prior systems.

Governance was implemented at the account and portal level through documented access instructions and password policy enforcement, aligning Core HR access controls with existing campus account management processes.
