The Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations rollout targeted the finance function across Pinewood Studios, consolidating financial management and entity reporting workflows within an ERP Financial platform.

A Test Closure Report was prepared at the end of each formal test phase, and recommendations were provided to senior leadership on exiting test phases or remediation steps required to achieve exit criteria, establishing formal test governance and decision points.
The Test Manager designed and developed an RSAT regression testing framework to support Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations upgrade regression testing and provided ad hoc training to the business on system usage. Overall the engagement describes a structured ERP Financial implementation focused on auditability, reporting simplification, test orchestration and governance within the finance organization.
