Governance and process work was delivered through an HRSS support model, with senior developers acting as Oracle Fusion SMEs to perform fit gap and impact analysis, author test cases and user guides, manage defects, and lead system-related projects. Operational responsibilities emphasized knowledge transfer across analyst teams, structured defect management, and controlled upgrade support to sustain the Absence and Leave Management capability.
