In 2021, Pivara Skopje AD migrated from SAP ERP ECC 6.0 to SAP S/4 HANA for ERP Financial, centralizing core financial and logistics controls onto the SAP S/4 HANA platform. The implementation targeted Distribution and Logistics business functions and established SAP S/4 HANA as the transaction and reporting backbone for procurement, vehicle management, and transport cost accounting.
The deployment included a distribution scorecard capability that combines SAP reporting data and CRM data into a single sheet to produce an overall KBI score per vehicle and per company, supporting weekly performance measurement and bonus criteria calculations. Distribution SAP key user responsibilities were formalized to provide end user training, onsite issue support, and to maintain the scorecard and integrated reporting feeds.
Operational master data workstreams were implemented in SAP S/4 HANA, with logistic materials key user stewardship of material and customer master records tied to logistic processes, and vehicle maintenance key user stewardship of vehicle master data. Stackability and compatibility matrices were maintained as part of system picking logic for materials, ensuring picking and load planning reference up to date material attributes. Purchase requisitions were executed in SAP S/4 HANA to arrange supply of logistics operational and capital materials, services, and tools, and the role contributed to Capex and Opex planning for Logistics.
Analytics and planning capabilities were used for transport cost analysis and forecasting, covering specific transport requests and recurring distribution routes on monthly, quarterly, and yearly cadences. Regular operational reporting was delivered daily, weekly, and monthly across Commercial and Financial processes, and the team provided analytics on extra delivery services and other logistic costs. Training was extended to outsourced distribution contractors for end to end Distribution and Logistics processes, including use of the Movilizer application for invoicing, indicating direct integration points between SAP reporting, CRM data, and field invoicing workflows.
As part of program governance, the implementation was executed during the CC Hellenic SAP transition from Wave 2 to S4HANA platform I SAP, with designated SAP key users embedded in Distribution and Logistics to maintain system configuration, support user adoption, and own master data governance. These key user roles covered daily operational support, scorecard maintenance, material picking matrix updates, and continuous training across internal teams and external contractors.

System configuration captured employment lifecycle events including employments, terminations, redundancies, and disciplinary actions, and supported salary survey analysis, reward system procedures, and the creation of HR KBI reporting used for corporate reporting.
Operational integration included linkage to a Business Process Management System for HR process orchestration and to corporate reporting channels for internal and external stakeholder reporting. The deployment governed HR activities for the Skopje site and company-wide reporting, and incorporated GDPR responsibility and compliance controls into HR processing and data handling.
Governance was implemented through a process owner model, formal HR SLAs, and documented HR policies and procedures for personnel administration, organizational management, and compensation and benefits. The program delivered improved analysis, reporting, and planning capabilities while streamlining daily HR functions, and established audit and compliance routines for ongoing HR governance.
