Operational coverage explicitly included 100 plus U.S. locations and HR functions tied to franchisee recruiting, applicant screening, interview coordination, and candidate recordkeeping. Governance and rollout were executed system-wide after approval, with process changes that standardized job templates, interview workflows, and franchise-level posting permissions to reduce variability in franchise recruiting. After rollout Pizza Factory reported 2–3x improvements in time-to-hire and large reductions in franchisee hiring time, outcomes that reflect the combination of centralized Applicant Tracking System functionality and franchise-focused operational controls.
