The implementation emphasized structured document control and audit workflow automation, aligning with common Enterprise Asset Management capabilities such as asset lifecycle recordkeeping, maintenance scheduling and controlled audit evidence capture. SoftExpert EAM was configured to provide centralized repositories, formal audit trails and role based access controls to increase traceability of asset and process records.
Operational coverage included operations, maintenance and compliance teams at the port terminal, centralizing integrated management-system activities and enabling coordinated audit processes across departments. Integrations focused on consolidating management system activities and cross functional workflows rather than connecting to external third party systems, reflecting a deployment designed to unify records and audit evidence across functional areas.
Governance changes introduced standardized audit workflows and centralized document governance to improve traceability and to ease presentation of audit evidence during assessments. The project delivered measurable time and resource savings and stronger compliance with ISO requirements as reported in the published case study.
