The deployment targeted PPB Group HR operations in Malaysia and was scoped under the Core HR category to centralize employee master records and standardize HR transactional workflows. SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central was configured to deliver Core HR, Time off, Timesheet and Reimburse capabilities, bringing absence management, time capture and expense reimbursement into a single system of record. Configuration activities included data model mapping, business rule configuration for entitlement and approval routing, and alignment of timesheet schemas to company pay cycles, with workflow orchestration for time and expense approvers. Rolling Arrays served as the implementation partner and led system configuration and rollout planning, working with PPB Group HR to institute governance for centralized record management, role based access controls and approval policies. The program emphasized phased user onboarding and operational alignment between HR and finance functions to support ongoing HR administration and transactional processing.
