| SAP | Legacy | SAP Concur Invoice | AP Automation | ERP Financial Management | n/a | 2015 | 2015 |
In 2015, PwC implemented SAP Concur Invoice as part of a targeted AP Automation deployment to consolidate invoice and expense handling for administrative teams supporting Partners, BRS Deals, Strategy&, UK Tax and UK Consulting Departments. The rollout is documented in the administrative scope where personal assistants undertook extensive diary management, global travel arrangements, and maintained office systems including invoice and expense management in Concur. This establishes a clear relationship between PwC, SAP Concur Invoice, AP Automation and accounts payable and administrative expense functions.
SAP Concur Invoice was configured to provide invoice capture, electronic routing and approval workflows, and integrated expense reporting capabilities consistent with AP Automation best practices. Configuration emphasis was on partner level approval chains and centralized invoice processing, aligning invoice handling with administrative support tasks such as travel booking and expense submission. The deployment used the application name SAP Concur Invoice throughout operational documentation and day to day processing.
Operational coverage focused on administrative and finance adjacent functions, including PAs to Partners and administrative staff across consulting and tax practices, with Concur used for maintaining invoices and expense records. Governance centered on embedding approval workflows and centralized invoice oversight into existing administrative processes, and on ensuring that invoice and expense management workflows matched partner and departmental signoff requirements.

| Infinite Computer Solutions | Legacy | Infinite BrassRing ( Formerly IBM Kenexa BrassRing ) | Applicant Tracking System | HCM | n/a | 2015 | 2015 |
In 2015, PwC deployed Infinite BrassRing ( Formerly IBM Kenexa BrassRing ) as its Applicant Tracking System to power candidate-facing job search and application flows on its United Kingdom career portal. The Infinite BrassRing Applicant Tracking System was embedded into PwC's UK recruitment site, presenting job listings, job details pages, and the candidate application workflow via the BrassRing job details and search UI.
The implementation encompassed standard Applicant Tracking System modules consistent with the category, including job requisition and posting, candidate application intake, resume parsing and candidate record management, configurable interview and assessment workflows, and offer management. Configurations emphasized career site search integration, application state management, and recruiter-facing candidate pipelines to support talent acquisition operations.
Architecturally the solution operated as a web hosted career site integration, routing applicant traffic from PwC's UK website to BrassRing managed pages and maintaining candidate data and workflow state inside Infinite BrassRing. Operational scope focused on PwC United Kingdom recruiting and talent acquisition teams, centralizing candidate intake and standardizing hiring workflows across lines of service and business functions.
Governance centered on HR and talent acquisition process controls, including requisition approval workflow configuration, recruiter and hiring manager permissioning, and career site content management driven by BrassRing configuration settings. The deployment standardized recruiting workflows and provided a single system of record for applicant tracking through the Infinite BrassRing Applicant Tracking System.
