The deployment was centered in the Denver, Colorado corporate office where a Revenue Accountant and Office Manager ran day to day accounting and office management workflows for the small independent operator.
Configuration focused on core Integra ERP revenue accounting and JIB capabilities, supported by general ledger and accounts receivable processing to sequence revenue runs, allocate joint interest billing, and maintain company level revenue ledgers. The implementation encompassed bookkeeping and office procedure workflows executed within Integra ERP, with routine spreadsheet reconciliation as part of the small company operating model. Integra ERP was used as the primary financial record for multi entity revenue accounting tasks.
Operational tooling and file exchange practices included processing CDEX files through Energylink for production and revenue interchange, and parallel use of Avatar, Bolo, and QuickBooks for task specific accounting activities. The scope of use covered invoicing, JIB processing, revenue accounting, and CDEX interchange across seven companies managed from the Denver office. These integrations and adjacent tools supported the end to end revenue workflow from file intake to accounting entries.
Governance and process ownership rested with the Revenue Accountant and Office Manager who maintained day to day office procedures, coordinated intercompany revenue accounting, and managed relationships with business partners, customers, and agents.
