In 2023 Project 3 Mobility completed the first two stages of a multi-tenant cloud ERP deployment using Infor CloudSuite Automotive, an Automotive ERP solution. The initial program targeted the Croatia-based mobility start-up connected to Rimac Group, with staged go-lives designed to support P3’s urban autonomous mobility services across the European market. Infor was selected from a shortlist that included SAP and IFS, driven by the vendor’s industry-specific functionality and implementation expertise. The project delivered human resources capabilities earlier in 2023 as the first operational module.
Following the HR go-live, P3 progressed to finance and procurement go-lives in Croatia and the United Kingdom, with configuration focused on financial management, procurement workflow orchestration, and human capital management. The deployment leverages Infor CloudSuite Automotive’s out-of-the-box industry modules configured to support a start-up operating model and to allow future expansion. The multi-tenant cloud architecture provides centralized configuration and predictable provisioning for additional modules. P3 has planned to extend the implementation to Infor CloudSuite Automotive manufacturing capabilities once its vehicle factory is built to support production and shop floor processes.
Operational coverage for the deployment includes HR, finance, procurement, and planned manufacturing functions, aligning application workflows with P3’s service platform and specialized infrastructure efforts. The multi-country rollout across Croatia and the UK aligns cross-border financial and procurement operations under a single cloud tenancy. Implementation governance emphasized close vendor engagement, staged go-lives, and configuration choices tailored to the company’s scale and industry requirements.
Infor consultants and P3 IT leadership maintained an iterative, partnership-driven rollout approach that guided module configuration and release pacing, with a focus on user experience and personalization for the mobility service proposition. The program completed its first two stages in 2023 and is positioned to onboard manufacturing functionality as factory operations commence.
