In 2013, Prologis implemented Oracle PeopleSoft ERP across its global finance organization. Oracle PeopleSoft ERP was provisioned as an ERP Financial system configured with multi-currency, multi-ledger and multi-book capabilities to address complex statutory and management accounting requirements.
The implementation was deployed as a centralized PeopleSoft Financials instance supporting users in 21 countries across North America, South America, Europe and Asia, each jurisdiction following different accounting regulations. Operational coverage included corporate finance, regional accounting teams, treasury and tax functions, with role based access to enforce segregation of duties and regional controls.
PeopleSoft Financials was configured with core financial modules aligned to ERP Financial functionality, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets and cash management workflows. Configuration emphasized multi-ledger mappings, multi-book close sequencing and automated currency translation and revaluation processes to maintain consistent financial data across ledgers and books.
Governance centered on a centralized chart of accounts design paired with localized reporting ledgers and controlled journal posting rules to meet local reporting needs. A coordinated rollout approach enabled country by country adoption while ongoing upgrade and management processes were instituted to preserve compliance across diverse accounting regimes.

| SAP | Legacy | SAP SuccessFactors Compensation | Compensation Management | HCM | n/a | 2014 | 2014 |
In 2014 Prologis implemented SAP SuccessFactors Compensation as part of a broader Employee Central and Compensation module deployment. The implementation positioned SAP SuccessFactors Compensation within Prologis HR operations to address Compensation Management and core HR data consolidation across personnel, organizational and job structures.
Configuration work included extensive provisioning for Employee Central, XML data model design for personnel, organizational and job objects, and definition of foundation objects and generic objects to support pay and org structures. The team configured events, workflow rules and business rules to drive conditional logic, and implemented EC-Time Off accounts and position management including position attributes. SAP SuccessFactors Compensation configuration included creation and administration of a new compensation structure, multi-tier guideline rules and reuse of the Compensation salary sheet to model a complex multi-tier bonus program.
Integrations and operational coverage focused on Talent and Recruiting touchpoints with Position Management integrated to create job requisitions and Talent Search used for candidate and internal mobility workflows. Recruiting and talent reporting was implemented, including position vacancy and filled reports, candidate application lifecycle reports, source of candidate analytics, employee referral tracking and an email tracker for recruiting communications. Compensation engineering included customizations for dynamic guideline amounts, automatic clearing of adjustments, automated split of lump sum payments beyond standard system limits, deduction handling and budget calculation settings that can be updated after worksheets are launched.
Governance and rollout emphasized provisioning discipline and HR process alignment, with consultation and requirements validation conducted with HR Business Partners and functional leads. The project delivered configuration for succession nomination forms, talent pool management using MDF Talent Pools, succession org chart features, talent cards and development plan integrations, and recommendation workflows for successors. Client satisfaction with the customized compensation and reporting capabilities was explicitly noted, and SAP SuccessFactors Compensation was positioned to serve Prologis HR, Talent Acquisition, Compensation Planning and Succession Management functions.

In 2010, AMB Property Corporation implemented OpenText Documentum xCP as a Case Management solution to automate lease processing, AMB is now part of Prologis. The OpenText Documentum xCP deployment was oriented around document capture, workflow orchestration, and integration with the company accounting system to streamline lease entries and updates.
The implementation emphasized automated lease intake and case lifecycle management, using document capture and workflow routing to reduce manual touch points. The xCP application was built and configured in six weeks, demonstrating a rapid development cycle consistent with focused case management projects.
Integrations included a direct connection from the Documentum xCP application to the accounting system to populate lease data and support downstream financial processes. Operational scope centered on lease administration and accounting functions within AMB, now part of Prologis, and governance shifted toward system-driven workflow controls and automated data entry.
The project delivered an estimated 75 percent reduction in man-hours for lease entries and updates as reported, positioning Prologis with a deployed OpenText Documentum xCP Case Management capability supporting lease administration and accounting workflows.
