In 2021, Propak implemented Oracle Cloud ERP. The deployment centered on Oracle Fusion Applications, explicitly covering ERP, EPM, OTM and SCM modules to support corporate finance and distribution operations. Propak implemented Oracle Cloud ERP in the ERP Financial category to consolidate financial controls and reporting across its distribution business.
The implementation configured core financial functional modules including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and cash management alongside enterprise performance management capabilities. Integration work focused on Oracle Fusion integration frameworks to support data migration, validation and reconciliation efforts and to link OTM and SCM modules within the suite. The environment included interfaces with third party partners to manage operational support and to exchange transaction and logistics data. Administrators were tasked with managing integration endpoints, data reconciliation processes and ongoing operational monitoring.
Governance and operationalization incorporated centralized user role management, documented workflows, system configuration documentation and structured end user training and support. The Oracle Fusion Administrator role at Propak carried full life cycle responsibilities including system configuration, troubleshooting, integration management, report development and performance optimization. Change logs and formalized configuration documentation were used to control enhancements and maintain auditability.
