Following the pilot Proximus extended Albert SWP across the group to cover about 15,000 internal and external workers, deploying the application for Strategic Workforce Planning across its Belgian operations. The deployment of Albert SWP focused on Strategic Workforce Planning capabilities including scenario modeling, workforce demand and supply analysis, skills and competency inventory, and strategic headcount planning, aligning HR planning workflows with business forecasts. Albert SWP was configured to support HR planners and workforce analysts, centralizing planning data and enabling iterative scenario comparison and planning version control consistent with Strategic Workforce Planning practices. Rollout was phased from pilot to group wide use, with implementation governance managed within HR to drive adoption across talent management and workforce planning functions. The implementation explicitly covered internal employees and contingent workers during the Belgium expansion reported by RH Matin.
