Oracle Legacy Oracle E-Business Suite ERP Financial ERP n/a 2015 2016
In 2015 PT. Infokom Elektrindo implemented Oracle E-Business Suite as an ERP Financial platform to centralize core finance and inventory accounting for its communications operations. The Oracle E-Business Suite deployment targeted the company finance function, providing a structured environment for general ledger, asset accounting and inventory valuation. Beginning in August 2016 PT. Infokom Elektrindo commenced a formal Oracle R12 rollout and data migration from Oracle R11 to bring the environment to Oracle E-Business Suite R12. The project concentrated on Oracle Financials modules, specifically Oracle General Ledger, Fixed Asset and Inventory, and included configuration activities to align chart of accounts, transactional flows and asset depreciation rules. Implementation governance used Functional Process Mapping FPM, Conference Room Pilots CRP and User Acceptance Testing UAT to validate processes and system behavior. Operational workstreams emphasized data migration, issue triage and corrective configuration, with teams resolving functional exceptions encountered during CRP and UAT. The scope of the effort remained focused on finance and inventory business functions across PT. Infokom Elektrindo, with ongoing support activities reported from August 2016 to present to keep Oracle E-Business Suite R12 running well and address problems. Project documentation and staged testing were core to rollout governance, supporting controlled cutovers and progressive stabilization of Oracle Financials.
