FIS Global Legacy FIS GETPAID AR Automation ERP n/a 2012 2012
In 2012, Puma North America implemented FIS GETPAID as an AR Automation platform to centralize accounts receivable workflows. The FIS GETPAID deployment served the companys Finance and Credit functions and established Level II support responsibilities that included vendor evaluation, continuity of user training for Finance and Credit departments, and delivery of procedural documentation in accordance with corporate audit policy. Configuration work focused on AR Automation capabilities such as cash application automation, electronic remittance processing, collections workflow orchestration, and dispute case management. The FIS GETPAID implementation leveraged rule-based cash allocation, automated remittance ingestion, and configurable collections queues to standardize posting and collection activities and to align operational roles across Finance and Credit. Integration work explicitly connected FIS GETPAID with SAP for AR ledger posting and customer master synchronization, with Level II support operating as the primary application troubleshooting and coordination layer between SAP and FIS GETPAID. Governance included documented procedures to meet audit requirements, structured user training continuity for Finance and Credit departments, and a vendor evaluation process to govern ongoing solution changes, with formal incident escalation and change control applied to AR Automation rules and configurations.
