Integration work explicitly connected FIS GETPAID with SAP for AR ledger posting and customer master synchronization, with Level II support operating as the primary application troubleshooting and coordination layer between SAP and FIS GETPAID. In 2012, Puma North America implemented UKG Workforce Central Timekeeper (ex Kronos Workforce Timekeeper) as its Time and Attendance application. The engagement was scoped to HR timekeeping functions to support time capture, attendance tracking, accruals management and activity recording for Puma North America.
The technical installation included Kronos Workforce Central versions 6.0, 6.1, 6.2 and 6.3, Kronos Connect versions 6.0 through 6.3, and both DCM and Process Manager deployed on client servers. Functional modules configured and put into production were Timekeeper, Attendance, Accruals and Activities, with explicit configuration of business rules governing time capture, exception handling and accrual calculation logic.
Operational workstreams focused on gathering Business Rules, Functional Requirements and Non-Functional Requirements from the HR department, these artifacts directed workflow configuration, scheduling rules and policy enforcement within UKG Workforce Central Timekeeper. The on-premises installation on client servers centralized time and attendance controls for Puma North America HR operations and positioned Process Manager to orchestrate HR workflows while DCM handled device and data collection configurations.
Governance centered on documented requirements and configuration control, requirement signoffs and staged configuration to ensure HR policies were reflected in system behavior. UKG Workforce Central Timekeeper and the installed Kronos components are referenced in requirement and configuration documentation produced during the implementation.

Governance and rollout were localized and short duration, organized around site level operational readiness between February and March 2017, with processes structured to handoff day to day order entry tasks to in‑house staff using Jesta OMS.
