The Enxoo Ecommerce Platform configuration included B2B Commerce storefronts and Customer 360 consolidation to create a unified customer profile, while Manufacturing Cloud integration supported production planning signals. Functional capabilities implemented encompassed distributor self-service ordering, order capture and validation, catalog and pricing management, and a consolidated 360° customer view linking sales and service data. Integrations routed storefront orders and customer records into Manufacturing Cloud and Customer 360 to align commercial orders with production planning, and the operational scope focused on distributor channels and the commercial and production planning teams. The architecture emphasized automated order-to-production workflows and centralized customer data to improve coordination between sales and operations. Governance changes included centralizing customer master data and standardizing order processing workflows to support sales planning and operational coordination. The project delivered a 360° customer view, faster and more efficient ordering for distributors, and improved sales planning and operational efficiency as stated.
