In 2022, Qscan Group deployed InteleOrchestrator to unify fragmented imaging workflows across its recently acquired businesses. InteleOrchestrator centralized radiology worklist orchestration under the Medical Practice Management category, enabling subspecialty overflow and improved collaboration among approximately 150 radiologists across Australia.
The implementation configured InteleOrchestrator to enforce rules based routing, worklist prioritization and automated case assignment, supporting subspecialty overflow and workload balancing across sites. Functional modules emphasized worklist orchestration, case triage workflows and orchestration logic consistent with Medical Practice Management systems, and the deployment included configuration of role based routing and escalation rules. The design favored centralized orchestration to reduce manual routing and to standardize reading workflows across the acquired practices.
The project was integrated with PowerScribe and the systems were fully coordinated during a 2022 reboot of the rollout, enabling end to end report creation and assignment flows. Operational scope covered radiology departments across Qscan Group's Australian footprint and targeted collaboration among radiologists for subspecialty reads. Governance changes included centralized worklist policies and phased adoption to align reading rules, and the deployment delivered measurable efficiency and productivity gains once PowerScribe integration completed.
