Mannai Trading Company W.L.L. led the project through its software division Mannai InfoTech, leveraging a Center of Excellence in Oracle technologies and implementation methodologies. The deployment covered operational processes across QTerminals departments in Doha and integrated data flows to provide consolidated visibility across finance, procurement and HR, enabling connected process orchestration and improved data integration.

Governance and process changes focused on digitizing manual processes, standardizing approval workflows and adopting Fusion Cloud operational practices with Mannai as strategic IT services partner.
