In 2019, Quantem Aviation Services implemented Clearstar ClearID for BackGround Screening. The deployment centered on embedding Clearstar ClearID into recruiting and onboarding workflows used by corporate recruiters and site HR teams, with explicit operational activity tied to the Portland, OR recruiting function documented by internal recruiter responsibilities.
Clearstar ClearID was configured to manage pre-employment background checks, identity verification, and employment verification workflows, and to coordinate pre-screen drug testing and applicant communications that recruiters schedule and execute. Functional configuration supported candidate outreach, interview scheduling, candidate documentation delivery, and the orchestration of background screening tasks from initial sourcing through offer and onboarding.
The implementation integrated Clearstar ClearID with ADP and E-Verify to synchronize candidate employment records and eligibility verification, enabling a downstream screening queue fed directly from recruiting activities. Data exchange workflows were used to reduce manual record reentry between recruiting systems and the BackGround Screening application, and to provide the screening team with consolidated candidate dossiers.
Governance and operational ownership rested with Corporate Recruiters and General Managers, who maintained Clearstar ClearID access, executed screening and follow-up workflows, and produced monthly staffing reports for leadership.
