In 2015, Quest Exploration Drilling implemented IntegraHRIS Payroll to centralize payroll processing and statutory remittance workflows. The deployment supported a roughly 50 personoperations footprint in the Philippines and focused on payroll, remittance reporting, loan processing, attendance reconciliation and core HR recordkeeping across head office and field job sites.
IntegraHRIS Payroll was operated with modules and configurations for core payroll calculation, deduction rule sets for SSS, Pag-ibig and PhilHealth contributions, loan deduction schedules, tax annualization and Alpha list preparation for BIR submission. The system also handled payslip generation, leave and benefits tracking, personnel action recording for hiring and promotions, and maintenance of the employee master file, reflecting the functional scope of the Payroll category.
Operational integration included reconciliation of attendance inputs originating from biometrics and site-submitted attendance sheets into the payroll workflow, processing of monthly remittance reports and loan deduction lists for submission to government agencies, facilitation of SSS and Pag-ibig loan application processing, and computation of end of contract and resignation settlements. The implementation emphasized routine reporting and document preparation required for statutory filings and employee lifecycle events.
Governance and process responsibilities were assigned to HR, with a designated co-administrator role for IntegraHRIS Payroll supervising HR assistants who maintained 201 files, executed clearance and onboarding procedures, and managed updates to employee profiles for government compliance. Workflow ownership covered recruitment, probation monitoring, regularization tracking and record retention, aligning payroll operations with broader HR administration.
