Governance for the program emphasized training led adoption, vendor relationship ownership, and cross functional coordination between IT, finance, and practice groups. Responsibility for budget and forecasting of training activities was retained within the Training Department, which also acted as liaison between firm employees and the Thomson Reuters Elite 3E vendor to support rollout and ongoing enablement.
